I haven’t recieved my packaged as yet but I know it’s going to be amazing & inspirational especially with Ramadaan coming & all the mixed emotions a person feels in this month. Lead Time & Shipping?
Handmade with Love: Please allow anything between 2 -7 days for us to carefully prepare your order before it’s dispatched from our Durban home. Delivery across the country typically takes an additional 1-4 days.
Do you offer a pick up point for orders in Durban?
For your convenience, we offer a designated pickup location in Durban at Lifestyle Food & Home on 311 Vause Road, Musgrave. We will notify you when your order is ready for collection from them. Alternatively you may collect directly from us in Essenwood, Durban [ Select pick up option & add a note on check out if you’d like to pick up from us directly]
Delivery amount?
Door to door:
1 to 12 jars: R80
12 to 20 jars: R120
More than 20 jars – quoted on request

How are your glass jars packaged?
Each jar containing paper comes with a tweezer for easy paper handling & is safely packaged in its own box.
Do you offer bespoke gifting solutions such as gift wrapping or personalisation?
Yes, we offer personalized gifting options. For an additional R10 per jar, we provide gift wrapping and a customized jar tag with the recipient’s name. You can select the option for this at check-out.
Is there a discount for bulk purchases?
For orders of 10 or more jars, we offer a discounted bulk purchase rate. Please contact us directly to inquire about pricing and details.
How do i order more than 20 jars for delivery?
Please get in touch with us directly via email or WhatsApp to arrange delivery for an order of more than 20 jars. Courier charges will be quoted on request.
